Crown Prosecution Service: Updated guidance on prosecution of money laundering offences
Note that for offences committed on or after 2 June 2021 the CPS will prosecute individuals for failure to disclose offences under s330 regardless of whether it subsequently transpires that money laundering cannot be proven, or that it did not occur.
