Further Guidance on the SRA Standards and Regulations
The SRA has published further guidance on the new SRA Standards and Regulations, effective from 25 November 2019, covering client care letters, integrity, registered foreign lawyers (RFLs), not for profit sector, unregulated organisations – conflicts and confidentiality, information for clients, unregulated employers of SRA-regulated lawyers, and equality and diversity.
