Legal Services Board opinion on the regulatory function of AML supervisors
The Legal Services Board has published a letter to the SRA in which it sets out its views on the regulatory function of supervisors under the AML regime, Â concluding that the guidance published by the Legal Sector Affinity Group, for which Treasury approval is being sought, does not fall within the definition of regulatory arrangements.
