Frank Maher is a solicitor with over 25 years experience defending major professional indemnity claims including cross-border liabilities and major frauds. He has a diploma in Anti-Money Laundering and has written books and numerous articles on professional indemnity, risk management and anti-money laundering. Legal 500 describe him as ‘one of the leading lawyers in the field‘ and Chambers UK say he is "good at explaining all the risks and has a pragmatic and reassuring approach."
Frank is a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners and advises firms on partnership law including litigation.

Sue Mawdsley is a solicitor and was previously a licensed insolvency practitioner. She acted for many national accountancy practices and high street banks, as well as conducting high value, technical commercial litigation.
Sue advises many professional practices, from multi-national to high street firms, on risk management, compliance and, in particular, anti-money laundering. She is noted in Chambers UK as a 'Key Individual' in the firm who is 'diligent in her research... [in] advising on disclosure obligations under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.'.
Sue has a diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association, accredited by the Business School of the University of Manchester and is a Law Society accredited consultant for the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.

Francis Dingwall is a solicitor and joined the firm as a partner in November 2007. He has substantial experience of defendant professional indemnity and has acted for many law firms, including US lawyers, and has also represented accountants, insurance brokers, IT consultants, surveyors and other construction-related professionals.
He regularly advises insurers on policy coverage issues. Francis also has law firm management experience.
