Legal Risk LLP offers a professional helpline service to law firms providing legal advice on professional issues, regulatory compliance and anti money laundering.
The service is run on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. Law firms may sign up to join the helpline service (terms apply) and use it as required. There is no cost for signing up for the service.
Advice is provided by Partners of Legal Risk LLP, each of whom is a practising solicitor with over 25 years experience in solicitors' professional indemnity, regulatory and compliance, as well as impressive industry expertise and knowledge of the PI insurance industry and practical management of large law firms. We have advised leading insurers, lenders, brokers, major city law firms and professional firms of all sizes nationally and internationally.
Advice on any issues can be dealt promptly with either by telephone, email or post. Fees are charged on a time spent basis, charged in units of 6 minutes.
Where the service is not used, no charges arise.
